Terms of use

Goodesign (“Goodesign”, “we”, “us”) is operated by goodesign teams and generates AI-assisted interior and exterior design images from photos you upload. Outputs are visualizations to support decisions — not construction documents, measurements, or professional advice. Generation is performed by third-party generative AI models operated by independent providers — Goodesign is an independent product and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any AI model provider.

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

You agree NOT to: upload photos you lack rights to; upload images of identifiable people or private interiors without permission; generate unlawful, infringing, hateful, or deceptive content; generate sexually explicit, adult, or NSFW imagery of any kind — this is strictly prohibited without exception; resell raw access or scrape the service; or attempt to circumvent rate limits or free-tier limits. All prompts are screened by automated content moderation, and requests that violate this policy are blocked. You retain rights to the photos you upload and grant us a limited license to process them to provide the service. Subject to your compliance with these terms and your rights in the underlying photo, you own the images generated for you. Because similar prompts can produce similar outputs for different users, generated images are not guaranteed to be unique.

Free accounts receive five design credits. Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance; 1 credit = 1 image generation. Credits reset each billing cycle and don't roll over. See the pricing page and refund policy.

When using outputs in property listings, you are responsible for complying with your platform's disclosure requirements (e.g., “virtually staged”). Do not use outputs to misrepresent a property's condition.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may contain artifacts or inaccuracies; review before relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goodesign is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
