Industrial interior style

Industrial style moves a workshop or warehouse into the living room: exposed brick, black steel frames, raw concrete, ductwork left honest. The palette is grey and rust, the mood urban and unhurried, and every imperfection — a chip of brick, a weld seam — reads as character.

Materials and texture

The shell is the decoration: red or whitewashed brick, poured concrete, blackened steel, grid windows. Against that hardness, industrial rooms lean on aged leather (the kind that scars well), distressed wood and matte black metal.

Color and light

Raw texture runs through both, but Industrial looks to the city — steel, concrete and black frames — while Modern Rustic looks to the cabin: rough timber, stone, wool and a fireplace. Aged leather can bridge the two.
